VECROS is a Tech startup that focuses more on autonomous drones. Their hero product is ATHERA, which is India’s first Self-flying AI drone. It can used in construction, bridge inspection, and disaster relief. The other one is JASPER, made for confined spaces.

What they have done is developed a good system and hardware for self-flying drones, if we say to say in short, and that’s what makes them different.

The founders were looking for ₹1 crore investment in return for 2.5% equity. The pitch started with a drone demo, which was going well until a small accident happened where the drone broke down.

They have two different revenue streams: the first one is they sell drones and all the services, and the second one is to give drone services as a service. However, it was still pre-revenue, which means they have not made any sales till now.

Also, the founders have received an offer before for a 70% acquisition at ₹15 crores, but they think that they can improve the technology and make it bigger.

Namita was out because she believed the competition would soon come to snatch their market share. Anupam advised them to partner with tech organizations so that they can focus on research and development.

Deepinder had similar thoughts on competition and their lack of a business model. Still, Aman was there and he was eager to give his offer, even though he was also not convinced with the Aman. He was ready to give ₹10 lakhs for a 1% stake.
