The founder has been trying to get on the show from season 1, but now he finally got the chance to enter the Golden Gate.

Pizza Galleria is a chain of Pizza outlets, primarily based in North India. You will find anything here that you usually find in any other Pizza restaurant. There are different types of pizzas, along with drinks, and garlic breads, made from fresh ingredients.
But their key item is Bahubali Pizza, a very large size pizza, that tastes good but also acts as a marketing tool for the business. Other than that, they are different because they make their doughs fresh and add liquid cheese to them.
The pitchers were looking to get ₹1 crore investment for a 2% stake in the company. The goal is to make it India’s no 1 vegetarian pizza brand.
The sharks had a taste test first and they all liked it. Aman also liked the fact that they are focused on just vegetarian stuff, which will become their biggest USP.
Zomato founder Deepinder emphasized it by stating that 30% of online customers also prefer just veg-only partners. Anupam advised them to highlight this fact in their marketing.
The sales for FY 2022-23 were ₹11.5 crores. They are doing 70% of it from their in-house dining and delivery, while 30% comes from online food ordering platforms.
However, some of their outlets are franchise-owned and the pitcher was not able to correctly the data about them. The discussion on overall profit numbers also got a little confusing. This is where things went downhill.
Aman was out and he recommended to hire a person for the finances. Anupam asked about the franchise model and he was not satisfied with the answer.

About The Founders
Sandeep Jangra is the founder and CEO of Pizza Galleria.
He did his B.Tech. from Kurukshetra University and worked with his friend Ishan at Erricson before starting his business. Ishan Chugh is the other co-founders. Both were best friends from their childhood.
He learned the skills of the business from another pizza outlet called ‘Pizza Wings’ and opened his first shop in December 2015.

As usual, after the pitch was shown on TV, a lot of new customers came to their outlets and tried their pizzas.
