Killers of The Flower Moon India Release
While the film is already out worldwide for moviegoers to watch, Indians will have to wait one more week.
The official release date of Killers of The Flower Moon is 27 October 2023. It is directed by Martin Scorsese with Leonardo DiCaprio in the main role. The movie will also be available in IMAX format.
While it already premiered in the USA one week before on 20 October, there is no definite explanation of why they postponed it here.
The only reason we can guess is that they might want to separate it from big domestic movies like Leo and move it closer to festive time.

Note that Killers of The Flower Moon is not getting dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages by Paramount Pictures India. The only option is English.
This is the 7th time Scorcese and DiCaprio will collaborate, after notable hits like Shutter Island, Wolf of Wall Street, and The Aviator.
With such big names, there is an expectation that it might perform well like Oppenheimer had a great box office in India. Not saying it will be record-breaking but Oppenheimer shows that there is still some demand for such type of movies here.
The reviews are also outstanding (literally!), with them getting a 9-minute standing ovation at Cannes. That makes it a big Oscar contender for sure at the next year’s Academy Awards.
Where will Killers of The Flower Moon stream?
You might not see this label much, but this film is produced by Apple (under Apple Original Films). And they own it, there is no doubt that it will ultimately stream exclusively on Apple TV+.
Killers of The Flower Moon is streaming in India Apple TV+. The OTT premiere date happened on 12 January 2024 worldwide.
About The Movie
Killers of The Flower Moon is based on a nonfiction book written by David Grann, focusing on the tragedy of the Osage people in America after oil was discovered on their land in the 1920s.
This is a Crime drama and because of some violent scenes, it also got a R Rating in the USA. That means it may get an A certificate in India as well.
Before booking tickets, please check that you have enough time because this one is 3 hours and 26 minutes long.
