After a long time, we are getting a new MCU web series! While not everyone is so excited about an Agatha show, some fans want to watch it. Find out when can you see the latest episodes in India!
Agatha All Along’s Release Time for India
The main reason I am excited about this show is that it is the spin-off of WandaVision, which I love. So, I will be one of those fans who will watch it from the first day.
Marvel’s Agatha All Along will premiere in India on 19 September 2024. The exact release time is 6:30 AM IST on Disney+ Hotstar.
In India, we usually get the new episodes of Marvel shows in the afternoon. But now it’s changing. Disney+ moved up their midnight release time in the USA to evening. The US time is 6 PM now and that’s why the Indian time also moved up to 6:30 AM.
You can notice this change in the official Trailer on Disney+ Hotstar that they mentioned the release date of 19 September, while the date in the US is set for 18 September. That is because of the time difference between the two countries.

Another great thing is that it will be translated into the Hindi language (while WandaVision wasn’t). However, there is still no update on Tamil & Telugu dubbing, which will be a bummer for fans in South India if that doesn’t happen.
By the way, the What If animated series is another MCU Disney+ project that skipped the Hindi release.
Agatha’s Release Schedule for India
Just like the main series (WandaVision), Agatha All Along will also have 9 episodes and it will start the premiere with 2 episodes on the first Thursday (Note that because of the time difference, while the US release day is Wednesday, it’s Thursday in India).
Here is the release schedule for Agatha All Along in India:
- Episode 1 & 2: 19 September 2024
- Episode 3: 26 September 2024
- Episode 4: 3 October 2024
- Episode 5: 10 October 2024
- Episode 6: 17 October 2024
- Episode 7: 24 October 2024
- Episode 8 & 9: 31 October 2024
In short, you can say: Every Thursday = New Episode.
As you can see, it will start with 2 episodes and end with 2 episodes as well. Since there are so many episodes, I think this is a good decision as the finale will have much double the content than usual.
They are also taking advantage of Halloween at the end of October. So, they want to end before that with a two-episode finale.
About ‘Agatha All Along’
As I mentioned before, Agatha All Along is the first spin-off show of WandaVision. There are also plans for another spin-off show based on Vision, which is currently in development.
Marvel announced this Agatha series just a few months after WandaVision became a huge success. The showrunner of that show Jac Schaeffer is also working on this one, so I think she will try her best to make it another wonderful project in the MCU.
The story will follow Agatha trying to regain her powers, which Wanda took from her at the end of WandaVision. She will be assisted by a “Teen” who is Billy Maximoff, Wanda’s son.
So, there are many rumours that either we will see Wanda back in the MCU or there will be some references to Scarlet Witch here.
But it is mainly a journey of Agatha and the “Teen” to form a coven of other witches and go on a Witches’ road. They will face different challenges on the road and if they win, Agatha will get her powers back.
The miniseries is a combination of comedy, horror and magic. While such genres are not so typical for a superhero-based project, the early reviews tell us that it is a good show. Maybe this show is not for everyone, but it sure promises some fun time!
The cast includes Kathryn Hahn (Agatha), Joe Locke (“Teen”), Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone, and Aubrey Plaza.
Finally, here is the official synopsis of the show (via marvel.com): “In Agatha All Along, the infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself down and out of power after a suspicious goth Teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious Teen pull a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down The Road…”

Now you know about Agatha All Along’s release date and time in India. I will be watching the show for sure, especially because I like Kathryn Hahn’s portrayal of the Agatha character so much. She just rocked!
