Conker World on Shark Tank India
What happens when a YouTuber comes on a TV reality show? Will he conquer?
Here are the key details about their pitch on Shark Tank:
Name | Conker World |
Founder | Arvind Arora |
Episode | Season 02 Episode 42 |
Ask | ₹40 Lakhs for 2% Equity |
Deal | No Deal |
Sharks | NA |
Status | In-business |
Conker World is an online learning platform that teaches you vocational or digital skills on mobile applications. You can download it from Google Play Store or Apple’s App store.
You can purchase their courses on digital skills like Spoken Learning, Python coding, YouTube mastery or Facebook marketing, etc. They will also provide job and internship opportunities.
Till now, Conker App has more than 9 lakh downloads with 1lakh+ learning hours already done. The sales in the first 6 months were ₹1.2 Crores.
To grow it as the biggest online skills-learning company, the entrepreneur was looking to raise ₹40 lakhs for a 1% stake. This is a lesser valuation he is offering to the sharks to get the best expertise out of them.
However, it didn’t start well! First, Arvind asked to give 0.1% equity to each shark if they were ready to help. But Peyush didn’t like this way of doing the pitch. Even Aman got a little frustrated when the pitcher changed the offer to 2%.
Then, when he showed one of the videos from his courses, Anupam rejected the idea completely. He thought that people will not pay for recorded content because they can get it for free on the internet. Students will only pay when it is live teaching.
And the last thing, Anupam found out that the pitcher didn’t know about another competitor, Seekho, and what is the customer acquisition cost. The daily active users were also very low.

Arvind Arora got no deal for Conker App on Shark Tank India. All sharks were out but advised him to continue with his digital creator only.
About The Founder
Arvind Arora is the founder and CEO of Conker. He is also the creator of the A2 motivation YouTube channel. The startup was launched in 2022.
Arvind was working as a Chemistry teacher. But after learning about one of his students, who got demotivated after not cracking an entrance exam, he thought of starting offering skill-based learning from experts. That’s where Conker started!
His other company ‘A2 motivation’ has more than 15 million subscribers and 5 billion views on YouTube. There he makes facts-based and motivational videos and shorts, especially for students.
After Shark Tank Updates
Since Arvind is a social media personality, he got a lot of reactions online. The pitch was criticized by some for being not focused, but his fans were upset with how the sharks treated their favorite YouTube creator.
By the way, other businesses featured in this episode were Proost, Dr. Cubes, and Metro Ride.
Before saying bye, we have the official company pitch here: “Conker World is the e-learning skill platform providing highly effective and engaging learning from various experienced instructors and a wide range of courses. We are here to make your online skill-based learning experience better! We bring courses that are affordable, content-rich, and will land you better job opportunities.”
