Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantumania Release Date in India

Time to get ready because Kang, the next big villain of the MCU, is here to conquer the Quantum Realm in Ant-Man’s 3rd movie.

Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantumania will release in India on 17 February 2023. It will be available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English languages. This will be the same date as it will premiere in the USA.

The advance ticket booking started one week ago but was officially announced by Marvel India on 12 February.

Quantumania will be the 3rd film in the Ant-Man franchise directed by Peyton Reed. Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne/Wasp will be joined by Kathryn Newton as Scott’s daughter Cassie Lang.

You have many options to enjoy it in theatres, be it 2D, 3D, 4DX, or ScreenX. But the best format to watch Quatumania is in IMAX.

What is the OTT streaming platform of Ant-Man 3?

Since Disney owns Marvel, all their content will only be available on their OTT platform exclusively.

Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantumania will be streaming in India on Disney+ Hotstar from 17 May 2023. That is about 3 months of a gap from its theatrical premiere, which will be much longer than what we expect from them.

All 4 local languages will be there including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, but Kannada and Malayalam dubbing is not happening.

Quantumania Box-Office Report

Quantumania opened and got some amazing reception from the fandom which was dicey about its future after Phase 4. However, we should not forget that it is still a smaller franchise.

Ant-Man 3 Quantumania has collected about ₹44 Crore at India’s box office. It is less than how well the last MCU picture Wakanda Forever performed in the country. Meanwhile, the worldwide collection stands at $466 Million.

What should I watch before Quantumania?

We all know that this Marvel Universe is quite big and has 30 movies and 10 web series in its catalog. So, it will be important to know what to watch before watching Ant-Man 3.

We will recommend taking a look back at the past 2 Ant-Man films first. Then, check out Avengers Endgame to understand how Quantum Realm works. After that, you must watch the Loki series on Disney+ because it introduced us to Jonathon Majors as Kang (or his variant).

Loki Season 2 will also be released in 2023 which will continue the story from the post-credits scene of this film.

About the Movie

Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantumania will be the 31st addition to the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe. It will also be the first chapter of Phase 5. And not only that, but it will also introduce us to Kang, who is the next big villain after Thanos.

So, there are rumors and theories that fans are expecting from this adventure. The runtime is around 2 hours and 4 minutes. Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne will also be back this last time, with Bill Murray making a special appearance.
