Well, this machine can clean your products in just 80 seconds, that’s quite astonishing.

80 Wash makes washing machines that can clean your clothes in just 80 seconds. They use their patented ISP steam technology to completely wash the goods and remove all stains. It took 5 years to do the proper research and development of it.
Talking about the science side, they use non-UV radiations to power up the steam. Technically you can use half a glass of water to wash about 7 kg of clothes.
The ask was ₹1 Crore for 2.5% Equity. The plan is to install it in heavy usage places like Salons, Hospitals, and Hotels.
The idea was unique but the demonstration went on the wrong route. The sharks tested the machine on the tank and its results were not good. This raised many questions about the claims made by the entrepreneurs.
Every shark was out for various reasons. Anupam saw no future in the industrial sector, while Peyush said that they were too early in development. He even advised them the pitch needs many improvements.
Founder Nitin tried to salvage the situation but it was not enough.
But this time, Aman, who usually is very polite, was too critical. He even told them to move on from this thing and do something else.

About The Founders
Nitin Saluja, Varinder Singh, and Rouble Gupta are the founding members of 80 Wash. The company started in 2021 at Chandigarh.
Nitin has done his Ph.D. from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. He then served as an Associate Director at Chitkara University. He is also a founder of 2 other companies: Too Decimal and GFF Innovations. He met Varinder and Rouble at Chitkara.
The idea was initially to just make a sterilization machine for hospitals but later saw the potential in making a complete washing machine.
After Shark Tank Updates
After the pitch aired, the 80 wash team had given no response or update about what happened on the how. However, what we know from their website is that they are planning to launch a machine for domestic use.
